Video Transcript

" Hi! This John on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip I will show you step four for fixing a leaky sillcock. If you take a look at the inner collar that we pulled off, there is a washer inside of it, and it can be a little tricky to pull out. Here I have my washer. What you really want to do is really inspect this washer. If it looks at all cracked or torn or broken, go ahead and replace that. And just put your new one right back where your old one came from. Once you replace that washer, go ahead and put that inner collar back on your faucet and tighten down just a little bit with a wrench, not too tight. "
