"Hi this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village in this video clip we'll be removing our trim piece. Our trim pieces for our hot water is located here and cold here. Now we need to remove these two trim pieces to be able to get access to the components underneath it. Some trim pieces will actually have an Alan set screw located on the bottom off it, that you have to loosen up. This one however doesn't have that, to loosen these we need to turn this counter clock wise. This thing has been screwed on till it was tight against the wall, we need to screw it back off. So remember right tighty lefty loosey, once you get it started it should be a little easier to turn. And you'll notice that starts to separate from the wall until it comes all the way off. Now we access to our components underneath that."
