"In this video clip I’ll be talking about tool use and care. As you drill, you want to make sure never to force the tool; this could break the tip or it could break what you’re trying to screw in. Another thing is if the switch does not work properly; so when I squeeze the switch, if it does not turn the tool on, you want to make sure that you get that fixed. Anytime you’re making any adjustments, you want to make sure to unplug it before you do that, and you always want to check your tool over to make sure it’s in good working order, there’s no cracks, the battery’s in good condition—if you have a cordless model—and as well as that, everything just looks like it should be."
