You might want to redo this video and add the most important part - TURN OFF THE POWER BEFORE YOU START.

"Hi this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village in this video clip we will be replacing our outlets and outlet covers. First we need to remove our existing outlets, then we need to clip off our wires and strip them back for our new outlets. Next we need to go ahead and reattach our wires, next we need to reinstall our outlets and after that we can install all our new outlet cover. And lastly you always want to test it to make sure you have installed it correctly. Having this nice clean white outlet really makes the room look a lot more finished."
