Video Transcript

"Hi, This is Jon and in this clip we will be removing our old light. First, we need to remove the light bulb. Now, we have our cover plate that is held on with some springs and we can either take needle nose pliers or just reach up there with our fingers and unhook those springs. Next, we're going to take a razor blade and just make sure and cut around our entire fixture. This is going to help prevent the drywall around it from ripping out and making our hole larger. After that, we're going to loosen up any screws that's holding that can in place. That can should just slip right out."
