How to Care for a Random Orbit Sander

"Hi! This is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip I will be showing you how to care for your Random Orbit Sander. On your sander there is a replaceable disc which is located inside of your sander. This disc is designed to increase the dust collection efficiency and control the pad speed while the unit is off of the work surface. Every so often this pad needs to be replaced. To do that we first remove the three screws in the bottom of the sander. Once those screws have been removed, we can remove the pad. After that you need to remove that control finishing system disc. Next we need to place our new disc on there, replace that pad, line up your screw holes and then put those screws back in. "
