How to Place Dinner Forks for Table Settings

"Hi! My name is Isabel Ramirez. I'm from Wesley Chapel, Florida. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you how to set a dining room table. To set your table, every piece of silverware and each piece of dishware has its distinctive spot on the formal dinner table and must be put in its proper spot. With the dinner fork, you want to place it directly to the left of your charger and dinner plates. This is the proper way to set for a formal dinner, and you will always find that the forks are found on the left side of the table. As for design, the silverware I chose is a great choice for setting for the Thanksgiving dinner. It is a 2 toned fork with the matching set that directly matches the charger plates that I've used here. Because it is lined in gold, this is a great way to just bring all the colors at the dinner table together. You don't always use your fine dining utensils for the holidays, but in this case, you don't usually use your everyday silverware. You want to come up with something a little more decorative for the special occasion. "
