How to Install Electric Cord for a Keyless Entry Deadbolt

"Hi! This is Daniel on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip we are going to be removing the cover from the power board and installing our electrical cord. In order to remove this cover, it's fairly tight you want to hold on to the base, grab it by the sides and just rock it up, rotate it up and it should pop right off. At that point, you can put this to the side. This won't be necessary until we are almost completely done with the install. Now when plugging in your power cable, you want to make sure you don't twist it when you put it in. It can only go in one way. Make sure you line the two up. On the back here, you've got five prongs so simply take your power cord and slide it up into those prongs. Make sure that the plastic is all flush once it is pushed together. You don't want it coming apart. You will always have your key to override if there is any problems but if you get it flush, then you want have a problem. Now we are ready to mark and drill the holes for the final installed power cord. "
