"All right so now that I have decided that this is the actual color that I am going to use, I am going to start putting this on here and notice again that I am going against the grain of the wood. What you want to make sure is that you are actually going to go pretty quickly here because you want to overlap the areas that you've done to make sure that we don't leave any area untouched. For example, if I started over in this area over here, I want to make sure that this whole area gets covered before the stain actually starts to dry because otherwise these areas are going to look uneven and that is definitely something that I don't want. I am going to make sure to work quickly and work with the grain; put the stain on here. Like I said while you are putting the stain on, you can always take a soft cloth. You don't want one that has too much piff to it or anything that is actually going to catch in the stain because you will have a lot of little pieces and dust and what not getting in there but you can take a cloth and rub it down, let that stain show through. What I am doing right now is I am showing you how you could do it with a brush with the grain and actually because this is an oil based penetrating stain, in a minute I am going to switch over to just a soft cloth and show you how it is easy to wipe on with that too and what you want to be using with that is you definitely want the gloves with that. "
