"Another most frequent calls we get at 911 is reports of traffic accidents either people involved or just reporting them. So the first question we're going to want to know is where did the accident happened we'll was it on the street, in the parking lot, at a business, what's the name at the business, what's the address on the street it happened in front of, what is the major cross streets. The second most important thing is is anybody injured because that's going to determine whether or not we need to send the paramedics as well, we're also going to want to know how many vehicles we're involved and what they look like, whats the color, make and model of the car the best you can do. We're going to want to know if the vehicles are blocking traffic because again that can change our response. If it's blocking up a major affair then we know to send traffic control as well we're as both parties are okay and they pulled over to a parking lot of a business we know we just send an accident investigator any maybe somebody to take a report.
