"Hi, I'm John Jackson from Remax Suburban in St. Louis, Missouri. I'm here today to talk about how to buy a house for Expert Village. Once the offer is fully prepared and includes any personal effects such as a refrigerator or washer and dryer or window treatments or anything that should be included in the offer, a deadline for response is set by the buyer and the offer is submitted to the seller. The seller has the right to accept, to reject or to counter offer the purchase offer that has been made by the buyer. They have within that timeline that's been set forth by the buyer to do so. If they don't do so, the contract simply expires and nothing further happens there but if they do, what's most likely, the most likely scenario really is for a counter-offer to be made and the negotiation process to begin. Presumably, within some reasonable amount of time and some reasonable amount of counter offers, a deal is made between the buyer and the seller."
