"Hi, I'm John Jackson from Remax Suburban in St. Louis, Missouri. I'm here today to talk about how to buy a house for Expert Village. I'm going to talk a little bit about choosing the right real estate agent for you. Now that you've been pre-approved for a loan and determined the location of choice where you would like to live, the next important step would be to find a professional to help you with your home search. Different agents bring different levels of expertise as well as experience and in choosing the right agent, there are several steps that I recommend. I do often hear that in choosing a real estate professional, people make that decision based on a personal connection with a real estate agent and I do think that's an important part of it, being able to connect well is indeed a legitimate factor. But I don't believe it's the most important, I believe the most important is the experience that that professional has in that specific market, meaning the location and price range that you feel is going to ultimately be the market that you are searching within."
