Video Transcript

"Hi, this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village in this video clip we'll be marking the wall. Now our replacement material is seven and eight inches so what we need to do is mark out so that we can cut out a section that is seven and eight inches. Next I'm going to put a nail in right on my mark, I'm going to use this nail to help me run my chalkline. I'm going to hook my chalkline onto that nail and I'm going to run down to the other end and put the other side of my chalkline on that line and snap a chalkline. Now you're going to want to pull your chalkline tight and snap it a couple of times just so that you have a nice clear line. Once that chalkline is made now you have a nice line to make your cut along."
