Video Transcript

"Hi, this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village in this video clip we'll be estimating materials. First we are going to need some cedar boards that will be replacing the area that we are going to cut out. Next we are going to need some medal flashing so that when it rains in the future this will help shed the water off of the house. We're also going to need some galvanize nails and siding caulking. To figure the amount of materials I'm going to need I'm going to measure the entire side of my house and the length of the section that I'm going to replace is twenty two feet. So when I purchase my lumber and my metal flashing I need to buy enough that will cover twenty two feet in length. "
