"Hi! This is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip I will be talking about personal safety. You will notice the clothing that I am wearing is not baggy. It is somewhat tight. That way it won't get caught on any parts. In addition, I am not wearing any watches or dangly jewelry. Before I plug in the tool, I always make sure it is turned off. That way when I plug it in, it doesn't accidentally start going all over the place. you also want to make sure you are wearing a pair of Z87 approved safety glasses. In addition, it is always good practice to wear a dust mask or some type of a respirator. And lastly you want to make sure to stay alert and watch what you are doing and always use common sense when operating the sander. "
