Hi! This is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip I will be taking your through the procedure for removing the bit. Since we are changing the bit, we need to make sure the battery pack has been removed or if you have a corded tool, the cord has been unplugged. Next we need to locate the spindle lock and the collard lock. We are going to have to use both of these to remove the blade. If we take a look at the diagram on the side, there are two arrows; one with a little lock that is locked and one with a lock that is unlocked. We are going to turn it towards the unlocked side which is counter clockwise. Go ahead and press both buttons and turn in the collard counter clockwise. This will loosen up our blade. Next that blade should slide right out. Make sure you haven't just made a cut because the blade could be hot.
