Video Transcript

"Hi! This is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip I am going to go through the parts of a cutout tool. Our on/off tool is located at the base of the tool. To turn it on you push it in and you will see it come through on this other side. To turn it off you push that other side and it will turn off. The depth guide which is this piece here is used to judge the distance that the bit is going to stick into our work piece. So this is going to allow how deep our cutter is going to cut. On our depth guide, we have this knob that is going to allow us to adjust our depth. Our spindle lock is this button located right here and our collard lock is right above that on our collard here. We are going to need to use both of these buttons for installing and removing these bits. Lastly at the base of our tool, we have a section where a battery pack would fit in to supply power to our cutout tool. "
