Any accumulation of sawdust or scrap lumber could be a slip or trip hazard. You also want to make sure that your work area has plenty of lighting. It is very difficult to work in the dark. you should never use the cutout tool in an atmosphere where there are combustibles present. If you are going along and you hit a nail and it creates a spark, it will explode. And lastly you want to make sure that any visitors are kept at a safe distance. You wouldn't want the tool to kick up any debris and injure someone. "
