Video Transcript

"Hi this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village in this video clip I will be taking you through the procedure for shutting off our water supply. If you take a look behind our toilet you would see that there is a shut off valve to shut this off you want to turn it clockwise. It might be a little tricky if it has not been turned in a while. Remember righty tighty lefty loosey go ahead and turn that until it is turned off. If you don't have a shut off valve located behind your toilet you may have to shut off water at the main house valve this is usually located in your laundry room in the back corner and typically it is where it is very difficult to reach.
