Video Transcript

"The next consideration for your landscaping is the plants that you want to plant. Think about whether you want annuals or perennials, whether you want natives or fruit bearing. Vegetables or herbs. You can section your landscape off so that you have a vegetable garden that flows into your herb garden that flows into your landscape. Or you can have your vegetables, tomatoes and peppers and basil all mixed in with your other landscape. This bed right here is outside of our living room, which is behind this picture window. This is a private backyard, no one can see into this space. What I wanted outside of the living room, as an extension of the living room, is a really lush bed that would just feel very soothing and very comfortable."
