Applying Adhesive to Weatherstripping

"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is George Engle with Mr. Fix-It Handyman here in Miami, Florida and today I am going to be showing you how to install weather stripping on the exterior of your garage door. Okay, pretty much put an even bead across the back. Again, it doesn't have to be perfect because you are going up against the wall. This isn't going to be seen. You don't want to put too much though because it will come squirting out the sides and make kind of a mess for you to clean up. We've got our sealant on, we are ready to put the first piece up and remember the side with the rubber is going to be the side that goes against your garage door. So this piece would be going up like this. In order to get it on there aligned properly, we are going to have to bring the door down so that we will know how far out is going to come. So I am going to go ahead and bring the garage door down so that we can go ahead and put it up. "
