"Hello! My name is Grady Johnson, I’m a professional painter, and today I represent expertvillage.com. Now I want to talk a little bit about maintaining your house with pressure washing. Pressure washing your house is a big event, and usually it leads to painting, but if you do pressure wash your house periodically, you're not going to have to paint as often. If you pressure wash your house completely every single year, you will be able to extend the life of a paint job at least 3 years. It's much less expensive to do the pressure washing. Well, you know the more you pressure wash your house, the better it's going to look. I recommend you do this at least once a year. It's not a lot of work. It can seem like a lot of work, but if you do it very often it'll be really, really easy each time you do it. The only reason pressure washing gets to be really, really hard is if you don't maintain it. Regular maintenance; if you pressure wash your house about every 3 months or so, you can go as long as 10 years without having to do a real paint job. This will also keep your paint from peeling up or having any damage. Also, it's a good idea to kind of get an idea of what's going to with your house. This is a great way to maintain your house and it can save you a great deal of money. When you're pressure washing your house every single year, you're going to find it's going to extend the life of your paint job at least 3 years. Obviously, the more you do it, the better it's going to be and the more you're going to be able to do with that. Now, when you're pressure washing a roof, I don't recommend you go through that trouble but every year. Unless you have something that's shedding a lot of leaves on the roof, you just don't need to go through the bother. Now, when it comes down to the walls, the eaves, the fascia, I recommend you do that about every 6 months. If you do that, you'll even get more life out of your paint. Then when it comes to decks, walks, and driveways, that's something you want to bleach and clean up every 3 months, simply because each time you do it they're going to get brighter and whiter and you're going to kill more stains with it. The things to remember when you're using pressure washer for maintenance is do the roof every year, that's important. Do the walls about every 6 months, and do the decks and the driveways about every 3 months. If you do this kind of regular maintenance with your pressure washer, you're always going to have a beautiful house and your paint job is going look just like new. These are the things you need to know when you're maintaining your house with your pressure washer."
