"Here we have our grater, our adjustable grater. We are going to remove the protective covering and we are going to use it today as a zestier. You would not need the food handler at this point. We would just directly take the lemon, tighten our handle on our zestier and simply zest. You zest this straight over your dish or a garnish on any dessert. You can use it for lemons, limes, oranges, anything you may want to throw a zest to. You can also again adjust your handle to your zest bowl grater or zestier and zest right over your main dish or your pie if you are cooking. Another good use for this would put some zest in a pot of water and simmer it on your stove and it would have your house smelling fresh as lemons. Now to clean your adjustable grater you would simply want to wash it going upward against the blade so you would not harm yourself. Then for storage you would want to replace the protective cover for safe keeping in your drawer. You would collapse the handle and tuck it neatly away."
