"Here I have an adjustable cheese grater. I'm going to take off the protector cover off the blade. We have our food holder here that has slides up and down the grater for safety. I'm just going to slice some Parmesan cheese, a nice hard cheese into a 2 inch wedge. I'm going to simply place it in the food holder. You have to slide it on there, place your food in the food holder and simply grate. Now you can either grate here on your cutting board, you can adjust it, adjusting the handles doing it straight over your salad or use it straight at the table over your pasta dish. The easy adjustable handle makes it easy in any place in your kitchen or your dining room table. Enjoy your grated Parmesan cheese."
