"Today we have our adjustable grater. It is adjustable because of its handle. It has a food holder that slides off as well as a blade protector that slides. This is a very sharp stainless steel blade; good to cut your Parmesan cheese or zest your lemons or oranges. It adjust by simply pushing the handle in. You can use it straight over your bowl, straight over your salad, over your pasta dish over your table or simply line it up and use it. What you would want to do is cut your cheese into a 2 inch section, put it in here, put the food holder on it and just simply slides up and down for easy grating. Now to store this you could put in your dishwasher; it is dishwasher safe and you can use hot soapy water. Be careful when you are washing it that you don't cut yourself on the sharp blades. Enjoy your grated Parmesan cheese!"
