"Now I'm going to show you one of the feature blades is the crinkle blade. This is the blade you would use when you want to make a fancy relish tray cutting zucchini, squash, or anything else. What you would have when you are finished is you would have a uniform crinkle cut piece of vegetable to line in your tray. What you are going to want to do is start off with a flat side of your vegetable so you are going to cut it into a 1-2 inch piece. You are going to place that to the prongs, the stainless prongs of your food holder. You are going to put your hand slide and make sure it is on the track, sliding it up. Sliding it up and it would not get to caught in the hook. So the blade could get started. You are going take your food holder, study your footing and you are going to apply a little pressure and slide down over the blade. This would give you uniform slices of zucchini or squash or whatever you want to put on your radish tray. That is what you would get with the crinkle cut blade."
