" Hi! This is Diana for Expert Village.com and we are prepping our room now so that we can steam clean the carpet and I like to clean the ceiling and the window sills before I clean the carpet because once your carpet is cleaned, you don’t want all these particles of dust and possibly spider webs and dust from the ceiling falling on your carpet. So I am just going to clean our window sill and I am also going to use my handle mop and I am going to clean the ceiling. You may have to stand on a chair to get some of this dust but believe me its part of the process that you really need to do. "
