Now there are lots of different varieties of potatoes that you can choose from and choosing really depends on how you like to cook your potatoes. Some are good for baking, some are good for frying and some are good for potato salad. Today we will just concentrate on a couple of different types. Now this is a classical Russet potato which is probably the standard in baking potato. You can tell by the nice oblong shape and oh boy, are they good. And the other one I will show you for example today, will be a red potato. I definitely recommend growing a few different types so you have a little variety. To me they are all good.
