on 4/22/2009 This didn't give any instructions or explain what he's doing. He just sharpened it with the expectation you'd have the tools and experience to know what he's doing.

"Hi, my name is Fred Carson, I'm from Carson's Saw Shop in Eugene, Oregon. I've been sharpening tools for over thirty years and I'm here with Expert Village. This is a lawnmower blade, a rotary lawnmower blade. It goes on your standard lawnmower these days and they need to be sharpened, but they also need to be balances to make them so they don't vibrate your machine and cause oil leaks down the road. That's looking good. Sharpen the other side. Ok, we got a sharp blade. Now we got to take it over here to the balance. It looks good. We have a sharpened and balanced lawnmower blade. This will keep the oil seal from going bad down the road and will cut a whole bunch better when they're sharp."
