Necessary Documents for Home Remodeling

"When you’re ready to begin the plan of your home renovation, you need to gather up three documents if you have them and you can get your hands on them. One is the survey of the property that the home sits on. Another is a site plan of the total property, which not all properties have. And then you will also want your original home design plan if you have that. What you do is, you can make copies of these plans and you can white out ,or tape over with white-out-tape, any parts that are irrelevant, and then make copies of that. Use that, you can make many copies, and sketch into those different documents some of your ideas."
