on 10/9/2009 this is rubbish...not only is she pointing out the obvious that anyone can figure out for themselves walking down an isle but she's also misleading, a crosshead screwdriver is better known as a philips. Torques (to simplify) is a physics term for force on an object that twists, so screwdrivers, spanners, drills etc... will all have a torque rating on how much force you can apply per twist with the tool. P.S. people giving information about things they don't really know about or are unsure and saying it as fact is the reason why things go to pot in this world.....if you dont know then say your unsure or say nothing at all untill you have done the correct research and can be 100%.

"And I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to be talking about how to make a toolbox for your home. Like the little plate on the how the switch you put on your wall and suddenly the screw is loose or is falling out. Well then you can go get your screwdriver and just put it back in there. These torque are the ones they look like a star and that helps on a lot of things or get more where they have these torque. Also there is a security torque that has a little hole at the end that is not as common. A lot of the RVs and things like that have to have the square screwdriver. So this is a nice one to have and then also we have the nut drivers. Which goes over a bolt a hex bolt and we have several sizes of those and those run around $4-$5 each. "
