"In this segment, we're going to talk about safety, where to place a ladder, using the length of the wand. You don't want to be right up on it. It will force you to rock back on the ladder. So properly place the ladder, securing all 4 legs. Make sure it is solid. You don't want to go too high on the ladder, or the ladder may wobble. First start with a short blast to see how much power the pressure is going to have. You don't want to fall off the ladder. So, you want to make sure that you're actually leaning forward on the ladder and you never want to work too far to one side on the ladder or it becomes unstable. Do a small area at a time. Make sure that area is clean. I like to think of it as doing it one section at a time. Make sure that section is done completely before you move forward."
