"In this step we're going to get wet. We're going to use the pressure washer. First thing you want to do is make sure the machine is running at very high RPM's. If you need to adjust the throttle you want to make sure it's running at its peak. You want to pre-wet the actual area. By pre-wetting it we're also going to be doing the soffits in here. You want to pre-wet the area at least to moisten the surface, because as you're working on one area it always helps to pre-wet the area."
