"Hello! I'm Amelia and today I am talking about installing blinds and I have here some of the tools that that you will need to install them. It is important to have a flat head and a Phillips head screwdriver for installation and pulling out exterior hardware. I like to work with a drill because it makes life easier. You should have both a flathead and a Phillips tip and a variety of drill bits. When working around the window a lot of times you are installing some wood trim and having to put screws through it, it is a good idea to pre-drill those holes because wood trim and thin pieces of wood often times split when you are just screwing a screw directly into them so it is a good idea to pre-drill holes so a set of drill bits is also a good idea. The reason you want to set is because you want to make sure you have something slightly smaller than the size screw that you are going to be using to install your hardware. Then it is good to have measuring tape to check on the sizes of your windows and the size of the blinds you are installing. I have a hammer here; I don't think I am going to be using it but just in case it is a good idea to have a hammer. "
