Install Gearbox on Pool Vac Ultra

"We've been rebuilding our Pool Vac Ultra and we've got the shroud and the cone assembly back in now it's time to rebuild the center of it and this is where the turbine and the center of it come into play. Now we want to take our gear box here and make sure that it is good by blowing into it and making that nice sound. You want to set it with the notch facing the other way. You can see how the water will enter in there and come through. These you want to double check too, these are bouncy floats. They go on either side here. If they are water logged you will need to replace those. Now to finish the assembly we want to put on this little nylon bushing and that is the key thing. It is important when you are taking it apart to know that this is not broke. It is supposed to be notched like this. While it wears it never snaps or breaks. It is simply held in place with gravity so it just sits right there."
