"ALLYN CHRISTOPHER: Okay, now it's time to get things rolling, we're going to put the new wheels on. I've got the old wheel here just to show you in comparison with what we're dealing with. This back here is the shield, the tire now we can see here but it's got some significant wear on it and it tends to wear to one side. So these are really easy; if you're doing some troubleshooting, just take it off and rotate them 'cause it'll wear on the same side evenly and well, it will extend the life of these guys 'cause you don't want go through and have it plastic grinding into the marcite, it's no good, no good. All right, so it comes with the new kit so we don't need that one there. Here, we've taken these off and you see how these bearings are all bunched together like this? That's no good. A lot of times, when you try to take these out they'll pop and go everywhere, its good fun. They should have, and we'll see on the new ones, actually bearing separators that keep it here. Now these are new ones, beautiful except some cardboard dust from shipping, and it does comes preassembled but I'm going to take it off just to show you the comparisons of what we're talking about before. Now these ones here, you pop 'em off, look at that, okay, it's got the blue bearing separators on 'em so you know that they're good. This one here, not so much, they're all bunched together, okay? One of the reasons we're going to put that on there. So the other main reason here, one of the possible reasons that it's coming for repair is you can see here that it's been flattened, all right? The turbine has ground down, remember? Metal turbine, that spinning very fast for years will grind it down; actually, it says the old one was warped. This one over here on the new one, deep new teeth, look at that, I mean look at that tire, real substantial, beautiful guy. All right, so if we were assembling this and we didn't know or it didn't come in the kit, all I'm going to do is reset the new bearing in place, there we go and again, blue bearing shields facing out. Remember, you don't want the dirt and debris to get in there, and then we're going to put the bearing shield or the wheel shield back over here, spin it around and then it's just going to be setting this guy in place. And then, we're going to be ready to install it onto the cleaner. Now those are some troubleshooting things to take a look at."
