How To Prep A Roof for a Basement

"This is Ben Ingham with Expert Village talking about a walk out basement. Probably eventually I would be putting in other smaller rooms in her but in the mean time I want it to go very quickly to put a ceiling in this room which would be a floor of the work shop that is going to be in the ground level. So the ceiling of this room would become the floor of the room up above it and I want it to go very very quickly without having to worry about to much pluming or wiring or any other kind of problems that I may run into. Cause I want it to go up as quickly as possible. It is approaching the end of September here in Oklahoma and it is possible to have some really cold weather coming in as early as the middle part the later part of October and we need to have something. We would hope to have some place to go in to go in and out of the coldest winter weather."
