"This is Ben Ingham with Expert Village talking about a walk out basement. As a basement this is down below ground and they would be a building obviously on top of it. The wall is not only build inward but it is ballooned from top to bottom as well from side to side so I'm concern about the structural integrity. The solution to the problem are anything from tearing a wall out and starting over again up to and including drilling holes in the wall. Putting anchor screws into the dirt back behind the wall and with special screws you can pull into the dirt itself and that is one solution. I'm going to have a engineer come out and talk to me about the integrity of the wall after whatever the procedure. I want this able to hold whatever building is going to go above it. "
