"My name is Jeff Pence and I am with Bob Street today from Houdini Home Improvement in Lebanon, Ohio on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip, we will be attaching the plunger to the stopper valve assembly. Now just locate the plungers that come through because you are going to need to attach it the strap of screws later. And Bob is now applying a little bit of sealant onto the horizontal rod to give it a little lubrication so that it works well and it doesn't get stuck and also stops it from leaking. Put the drain in from the bottom and make sure you run the rod through the hole that is in the drain. Just like that. Tightening up the back nut onto the ball valve making sure that it has uninterrupted travel. So if you tighten it up too much, then it will be hard to open and close the drain. Correct. But we applied a little bit of sealant which is a bit of lubricant for that. "
