"Hello! My name is Taylor Honkofsky and on behalf of expertvillage.com, we're talking about 7 card stud. In this session, we're going to talk about the top hand of all poker hands, which is the royal flush. You're going to get your 2 cards down and your 1 card up. What are we looking at? We're looking at modest holdings here at best. Not a whole lot to work with, but you know in 7 card stud it's a game that you kind of want to see a couple cards first before you fold, so we're going to check the next hand. The hand brings some promise to the hand. The 5 is irrelevant right now, but you've got the 10, the queen, and the king so we're working with a straight, we're working with a flush. Want to see another card. Boom, this is a huge card. This card is giving us an open ended, which means an ace or a 9 makes us a straight. An ace or a 9 of diamonds gives us a straight flush and another diamond gives us a flush. This is a huge hand. I would not lay this down for all the tea in china. I'm going with it on this hand. The next card that comes out...Boom, we have hit the straight flush. This is the best possible hand. The last card does not matter. Most likely if somebody sees these 4 cards on the board, the bad part about that is you're not going to get a lot of action because 4 out of the 5 cards are there. People are probably going to be pretty scared about your holdings. Last card doesn't even matter. You already have the straight flush, which is the best possible hand. You can't lose. You want to put your car, your house, and everything you own if somebody wants to bet against because there's no possible way to lose. This is the best hand in poker. This is a royal flush, and thank you for watching. "
