"So now we're going t learn the hip bump. So this one starts where we are leaning backwards quite a bit, it's quite a deep back bend. Look down at your feet, shoulder width distance apart, knees are bent slightly, relax the shoulders and chest back. This is pretty intense so make sure you're breathing. So what's going to happen is the hoop is going to be rotating on your body, when it rotates around the front of your body, you're going to come up to the tips of your toes and push up, when the hip rotates to the back of your body, you drop down. So, let's start from the top. Get the feet shoulder width distance apart, lean back a little bit, take a deep inhale and give the hoop a push in your natural direction. Immediately start to come up to the tips of your toes, pushing upwards as the hoop lift up, dropping down as the hoop drops back towards the earth. Lifting up as the hoop lifts, and dropping as the hoop drops down. Also really be aware of what your hips are doing. There's going to be a really pushing upwards motion, kind of a thrusting happening in the hips. Again it's really an intense move, so take your time. We're here at the waist, actually starting holding the hoop at the small of your back, giving it a push and coming up to the tips of your toes, lifting up."
