"Alright, now it's time to start exploring angles with the hoop. Angles are a great way to really get the hoop rocking, so if you're listening to a song and the momentum or the pace of the song really speeds up, boom, you can dive into an angle. Forward, this is called the booty bump, and the reason why is because when you do this move you're bumping your booty. The other angle is called the hip bump, whoa, whoa, and it's thrusting the pelvis forward lifting the hoop up. You can connect these two with a turn.
