"Now we're going to try taking the hoop under the legs. Get the hoop rotating around your body. Get nice and comfortable with this move. If you hoop to the left, we're going to start on your right side. If you hoop to the right, we're going to start on the left. Transferring the hoop from behind the body to in front, we're going to take your first hand and lift your leg up, dropping the hoop under the leg and into the left hand. I'll try that again from the side. First hand grabs the hoop, swings it under the leg, and then grab the hoop with the left. Now we'll do the same thing with the other leg. Second leg, second hand. Still with your first hand, when the hoop comes around, take the hoop under the second leg and then grab with the second hand. So far, we did first hand, first leg, first hand, second leg. Once you feel comfortable with each leg, try alternating between those 2 and keep it going. The hoop is just transferring back and forth from the first hand to the second hand around your body. This is a really fun move. It's also a great workout."
