Video Transcript

"This is hoop groove basics part 3, and we're going to be starting with an awesome move called the vortex. It's starting at your waist, lifting up with the first hand, dropping down with the second, and just continuously moving the hoop around your body without actually touching your body. It's easy to get a little bit dizzy in this move, so you might just want to come back to waist for a minute to take a breather. You can also come up into lasso over your head if you start to get dizzy. This move is really fun to circle like I'm doing now, or it's also fun to do it standing still. Standing still is a little bit more challenging, but still really fun. Alright. Get ready for an awesome new move called the vortex. "
