Video Transcript

" Hi! I am Tim on behalf of expertvillage.com. We will be showing you tips and techniques on how to use the yo-yo from the book, "Its Yo-Yo Time" by Stuart Crump Jr.. In this clip I will show how you replace the yo-yo string. My yo-yo is not working properly I am throwing it down and its not wanting to act properly and I think there is something wrong with the string. What you want to do is take the yo-yo string off by spinning the yo-yo so that the yo-yo string actually starts opening up. As you can see, we are going to take the yo-yo out, discard the string, with my hand dandy stringer, replacement string. We are going to take the replacement string and spin it to open it. I am going to put the yo-yo back in, spin it to make it nice and tight. The yo-yo is ready to use again."
