"Now that we've talked about collecting and using these oil lamps, fluid lamps, I just want to talk a little about safety. It is really important that when you are using these to remember that you have an open flame and whether you use them on your porch, your dining room table or a side table, they look really wonderful on a side candle stand but a candle stand is very tippy so one things to really consider is to never leave these lamps going without being attended because they are an open flame and they are filled with fuel oil. One tip that I would like to make is to be sure you are going to be there when you light them and enjoy them, but don't leave them alone just like you wouldn't leave a lit candle alone. So that is my safety tip for the day for collecting oil lamps. Never leave them unattended when they are burning. "
