"Just to go over price ranges that we're talking about in the series of 19th century chairs are examples here of sets knowing that the sets are more than an individual chair by itself. That's one thing to consider, another thing is condition. Condition makes a big difference, the style of the chair, the demand of that type style of chair will raise the price of these 19th century chairs. This set here we talked about earlier you pay an average $300-$350 depending on the condition, condition meaning the paint, the paint is great on these chairs, the construction is good, the style is wonderful and the fact that you have 4. So you're going to pay a little bit more and we talked about the other chairs, the Arrowback, the Windsors, the Sheraton's, they're all going to raise depending on the condition, depending on the color, depending on the demand, and the size. Meaning if you have 2, 1 2 4 5 6 or 8 in a set the more chairs you have the more expensive it's going to be. If you're buying an individual chair like something like this and you're going to buy itself, you pay at least $250 for this chair if not more. But combined together you're going to pay even more for this chair because it's with a group so that's something to consider, paint, decorated chairs in their original stain you're going to pay a premium price. That's the highly sawed off for a chair in the 19th century and the 18th century but we can't always find them you can't always afford to buy them so the next best thing is to look at the different style. Which there are a lot of styles out there of Windsors, Sheraton's, and Laterbacks and Thumbbacks, and Arrowbacks there's many different styles out there to choose from. And then they range anywhere from what I showed you before for $5-$15 for the common chairs up to a $1,000 for a really nice painted highly desirable chair from the 19th century."
