"So collecting ruby glass you can collect ruby glass just to show as a shelf piece and display it in large groupings here you see them in my shop the way I just put a lot of it together here. But you can group it together not just ruby you can group it together with other pressed glass with other transfer wares. Whatever you have available to set off your collection some people just want to put there ruby together. It's completely a subjective thing it's up to you but you may decide that you just might want to collect mugs or you just want to collect goblets. It covers the whole range you might just want to collect the whole dinner ware set it completely up to you, but start off slowly and check your reference books and see how much it is in a different pattern. That might help you decide on what to collect and how to collect it. Some of the ways that people sometimes will ask me where do I begin and I'll say you know whatever you choose in particular if you like the size of a butter dish like this or a sugar bowl you might want to start in this pattern. But you pick out a piece that you find that is really attractive you might find that you like the detail of this pattern as oppose to these open larger cut diamond cut shapes. So it's pretty much subjective there's also you can get into these flowerer patterns with the vine very intriquit details, this might be the type of ruby flash you might want to collect. But it's all up to you there's a large enough variety to choose from that I think it would appeal to a lot of collectors."
