"Let's discuss how to play aggressively how to play early in a hand of Russian Revolution. My advice would be to play carefully. We'll deal the 2 down cards and the 1 up card that starts a hand of stud and right out of the gate we actually have a face card. So this player has to decide whether to match the pot, let's say he does and actually we're not matching up the pot we're just putting in 4. That card is burned he gets 3 for his trouble, there's a 5 10 and 8. So let's look at the starting hands this player actually caught a pair by buying that other card. But it's a pair of 3s I'm going to go ahead and say don't get to crazy with that, you're going to need some help and in a game of wild cards you will need help if all you have is a pair to start with. Again this player had a 5 up and a 5 and queen in the hole, again it's a pair it's a low pair, be careful. Moving around to the left this player has nothing going on you might not even want to proceed with a hand like that. Though he does have 2 spades and finally this player actually has a wild card, no he doesn't sorry about that. But he does have 2 face cards in the hole and some connectivity. What we have here is another chance to play carefully unless you look at your first 3 cards and you roll up. Meaning you have 3 of a kind especially if it's 3 wild cards, be careful don't go crazy raising early in a hand of Russian Revolution."
