Now let's talk about how to bet your wild cards early on. Here comes two down cards and then a round of up cards. A queen comes out next, card is wild and that's a two and then a ten. This is the first round of up cards, one queen has shown and there are twelve more up cards to come, three more rounds, four hands, twelve up cards to come. So if I'm sitting over here with this deuce I need to think carefully about how much to bet. First of all, the person with the queen has a wild card that is going to remain a wild card if they bet ahead of me instead of check then I probably don't want to raise. I want to call and of course I need to consider my hand strength. Now let's look at our down cards, actually we have another deuce in the hole and at this time we have a ten, two wild cards so we have three tens. But let's be realistic statically we have a pair of twos with a ten because another queen is likely to come out and the wild cards will change. So here if this person checks and say the betting minimum is one and the betting maximum is two I'm going to bet the minimum. If this person doesn't check and bets I'm just going to call no reason to raise here.
